HOTEL INFORMATION

CICCST, on behalf of the LOC, will be responsible for all matters relating to accommodation and the study tour. The Organizing Committee and CICCST have reserved a number of rooms at advantageous rates in two hotels with different standards for congress participants.

HOTEL RESERVATION

To secure your hotel accommodation, please complete the Hotel Reservation on the Registration Form F and return it to CICCST/IAHR by July 31, 2001 with deposit. No reservation will be guaranteed after this date or without the deposit. The hotel booking will be made on a first come, first served basis. If the hotel of your first choice is full, you will be benched into your second choice.

Notes

1. The room rates include service charge, and local tax.
2. For those who intend to share rooms, please indicate your roommate' s name.
3. Any change of a reservation before your arrival should be notified to CICCST/IAHR, but not to the hotel.
4. The deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and deducted from your account when you check out.
