Free Email Free email service is available to the Congress participants in Room 3051. Massage Box and Massage Board Massage Box are set up on the third floor, in front of IAHR Secretariat room (3054), one Box for each country. Massage Board is set up near registration desk, ground floor. Participants can exchange massages via the Boxes and Board. Electricity Electricity is supplied at 220V, 50Hz AC throughout China. Bank, Post Office and Business Center Bank is located at the ground floor and basement, open time: 09:30-16:30. Post Office and Business Center are located at the ground floor, open time: 09:30-16:30. A special desk of Post Office will be set up in the Lobby for the Congress participants. Insurance and Safety The Congress organizers accept no responsibility for risks, such as lost of personal belongings, accident. Help can be obtained from secretary office (room 3050 or 3058) to deal with these things. Medical Assistance and Hospitality Room Medical assistance and advice are available in the hospitality room 3019, third floor. Weather and Dress The average temperature in September is 25℃（77℉）with the highest of 30℃ （86℉） at day time and the lowest of 15 ℃（59℉） at night. Business format or national suites are suggested for Opening Ceremony, Cultural Evening, Closing Ceremony, and Farewell Dinner. Comfortable shoes and clothing are requested for all excursions and tours. Meals There is a wide range of restaurants within walking distance including very good Chinese and western restaurants, such as TGI Friday Domino Pizza. See the sketch map of BICC. Airport Tax CNY50 per person for domestic flight; CNY90 for international flight. Reconfirmation of Return Ticket Some airline companies require reconfirmation of your return ticket 72 hours before departure. To be on the safe side, contact the airline office as early as possible.
