GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

¡¡

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
One of the most important considerations in creating an effective poster is its central theme. Condense the theme of your poster so that a casual observer can grasp its overall message and its significant methodology and conclusions within one to two minutes.

PREPARING THE POSTER
Content: Your poster needs to tell a story by itself as people might visit the poster area when you are not near your poster site. Since the most effective poster is a concise one, include only essential data and text.

Design: Posters should have eye-catching yet simple drawings, diagrams, graphs and/or photographs with clean and attractive layouts.

Size: The display area of each poster is 1.0 meter wide and 2.0 meter high. Before you come to the Conference, be sure that your material fits into a mock-up of the poster dimensions. You may design your poster to express your ideas in the most clear and attractive way, printed on papers not smaller than A3 size (297x420mm).

INSTRUCTIONS TO POSTER PRESENTERS

1. Poster material must be prepared in advance and must be large enough to be viewed from a distance of approximately 1 meter. All posters must be written entirely in English.
2. The board assigned to you will be labeled with your poster number, which can be found in the final program from the conference website of www.2001iahr.iwhr.com, or from the attached file.
