INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATION OF PAPERS


    The lecturers are politely asked to pay attention to the following instructions for presenting their papers:
    (1) For keynote lecturers one congress hall (Hall 2) will be available on the first floor of the Beijing International Convention Center (BICC).
    (2) For oral presentations of papers eight lecture rooms will be available on the third and fifth floor of BICC.
    (3) For preparing your presentation, a preparation room will be available on the third floor of the BICC (Room 3058).
    For slides and Overhead, you should have a final check of your slides and others in Room 3058 half day before your presentation.
For PowerPoint, you are suggested to prepare the PowerPoint file in a CD-ROM or bring your own portable computer. You should have final check in Room 3058 half day before your presentation.
    (4) The time of speech is 15 minutes. After all speech of one session there are 10 minutes for discussion. You are urgently requested to keep within your time-limit.

INSTRUCTIONS  FOR POSTER OF PAPERS

The Participants of post papers are politely asked to pay attention to the matters as following:
    (1) Please print your paper on common white paper of size A3 and bring them by yourself to Beijing.
    (2) No more than 6 pages are requested including the figs and photos for your poster papers.
    (3) The words of your paper have to be in font 14 pt or bigger.
    (4) The papers to be posted should be put on the board in Room 3022 of BICC before 16:00 Sept. 17, 2001. The poster session will be open at 16:30, Sept. 17.
